 Once again, thank you to everyone who responded!



Tex - thank you, as always, for your well thoughtout emails.

the reason why her vet (well, now former one) said no surgery is bc she is around 6 yrs old.



the xray that was taken 2 weeks ago, showed it in her middle region which is the bladder, i believe.? i know its not hte kidneys bc i thought they were in the kidneys and she said no.



right now, i dont see at least any bright red blood in her urine.? she is having difficulty pooping; she is straining, lifiting her hind legs, when she needs to go.? i give her massages to help her when i can.? also, her rectal area is sticking out more and more.? she was on trimethoprim sulfa for two weeks (this ended last weds) for her infection.? the area around her anus gets all dirty from poop and pee also due to her arthritis, so the skin is/was infected, i believe.



also, should i start to administer shilingtong?
