  If it's not an emergency, you could try giving your piggie shilintong to help dissolve or, at least, shrink the stones. I can e-mail you some info on it then. Have to find it first. I'll get back to you. Also certain types of lettuce still have calcium which can make stones & bladder sludge worse. If your piggie is going to have surgery, I would keep on the pellets. You want them to have some weight on them when they have the surgery in case they don't want to eat after the surgery. Then they won't waste away as fast. Just my opinions. I've been through all this with my first piggie Albert. I'll get back to you with the info.
